Employee Benefits

 

Health Insurance Employees at 30 hours or more per week: 100% of premium for employee paid by PCBS

Employees at 30 hours or more per week: At least 50% of premium for dependents paid by PCBS and up to 50% paid by employee (varies by option chosen)
Dental Insurance Employees at 40 hours or more per week: 100% of premium for employees, 50% of dependents paid by PCBS and 50% paid by employee
Life Insurance Employees at 40 hours or more per week: 100% of premium paid by PCBS; equal to one year of regular wage
Voluntary Group Life Insurance Employees at 40 hours or more per week: 100% of premium paid by employee for additional group life insurance for self and dependents
Accidential Death and Dismemberment Insurance (AD&D) Employees at 40 hours or more per week: 100% of premium paid by PCBS
Short Term Disability Insurance Employees at 40 hours or more per week: 100% of premium paid by PCBS, effective after 6 months of employment
Vision Insurance Employees at 40 hours or more per week: 100% of premium for employees paid by PCBS, 50% of premium for dependents paid by PCBS and 50% paid by employee
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) All Employees: 100% of cost of program paid by PCBS; includes free short-term counseling and other benefits for employees and their household members
Retirement-Deferred Compensation Employees at 40 hours or more per week: Available after 6 months of employment – minimum contribution of 4% regular wages will be matched at 6% by PCBS
Paid Time Off (PTO) Employees at 40 hours or more per week: Following the training period and up until the first anniversary of employment, the employee shall be eligible for 40 hours of PTO. Effective on the first anniversary, the employee shall be eligible for 80 hours of PTO; on the second anniversary, 120 hours; on the third and fourth anniversaries, 160 hours; on the fifth and sixth anniversaries, 200 hours; and beginning on the seventh anniversary, 240 hours
Paid Holidays Employees at 40 hours or more per week: 10 days per year

(Hourly employees will receive double time pay for hours worked on holidays)
Recruitment Compensation All hourly employees: Recruiter receives $400 at hire and $600 6 months after hire when recruit and recruiter are still employed
