Health Insurance Full Time: Full employee coverage
Dependent coverage at employee's expense
Dental Insurance Full Time: Half of premium paid by employer, half by employee
Dependent coverage at employee's expense
Life Insurance Full Time: Term insurance equal to one year's regular wage. Also Voluntary Group Life Insurance is available for employee, spouse, and children at the employee's cost.
Accidental Death, and Dismemberment Insurance (AD&D) Full Time: Insurance coverage for accidental death and dismemberment. Also additional AD&D is included in the package when Voluntary Group Life is purchased for employee and spouse.
Short Term Disability Insurance Full Time: Effective after 6 months of employment
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) All Employees: Free short term counseling for employees and their family members.
Retirement?Deferred Compensation Full Time: 6% employer contribution, 4% employee contribution, no vesting
Paid Time Off (PTO) Full Time: 3 weeks first and second years, 4 weeks third and fourth years, 5 weeks fifth and sixth years, 6 weeks seventh year and beyond
Paid Holidays Full Time: 9 days per year
(Hourly staff will receive double time pay for hours worked on holidays)
Recruitment Compensation Recruiter receives $300 at hire and $300 6 months after hire when recruit is still employed
Employee Recognition Employee of the Quarter receives $60 gift certificate Employee of the Year receives $100 gift certificate and plaque
